From the Snakehead fish that has been found reproducing in New York, to the Feral Pigs that are running rampant around Texas, people have been recommended to catch and kill these invasive species that have caused billions of dollars in damage. Local chefs have been getting in the action as well finding new and exciting ways to prepare new plates using these species as the stars.
